A total of 575 Tobacco growers that has been devastated by heavy rains causing their crops to be totally destroyed were provided with an assistance of 2 bags (50kg) of fertilizer per person at the Municipal Agriculture Office.

A short program was conducted at the Municipal Covered Court to show appreciation to all the Tobacco farmers of Burgos, Ilocos Sur as part of many future projects of the Municipal Government headed by Hon. Nathaniel D. Escobar in providing a helping hand to farmers of Burgos, Ilocos Sur.
