The Local Government Unit of Burgos, Ilocos Sur headed by Mayor Nathaniel D. Escobar conducted the said event together with the Municipal Officials headed by Vice Mayor Riolita R. Balbalan thru the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office headed by Mrs. Roselin A. Atendido for the sixty-four (64) beneficiaries who are bedridden, blind or those with chronic illness undergoing chemotherapy or dialysis.

through Municipal Ordinance No. 06 s. 2021 also known as “Granting Financial Assistance of Inhabitants of Burgos, Ilocos Sur who are bedridden or blind and those with chronic illness undergoing chemotherapy or dialysis authored by SBM. Christopher S. Belen.

Mayor Boy, Vice Mayor Rio and the Municipal Officials personally visited our beneficiaries to conduct the said event as they have no other intention but to serve with the utmost sincerity to help ease the expenses of our beneficiaries to help improve their well being.

This measure shall be applied to every qualified inhabitants of Burgos, Ilocos Sur irrespective of economic status.
