LGU-Burgos, Ilocos Sur supports the conduct of the Census of Population (POPCEN) and Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) and welcomes the 10 Enumerators and 1 Census Area Supervisor in partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority.

The Local Government Unit of Burgos headed by Mayor and CBMS Chairperson Nathaniel D. Escobar together with the LGU CBMS Focalperson, Mr. Randolph A. Castillo, MPDC, welcomes the 11 personnel of PSA Ilocos Sur led by Mrs. Merly Doña, Census Area Supervisor that will conduct the Census of Population (POPCEN) and Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) in the Municipality of Burgos, Ilocos Sur starting on July 15 – September 15, 2024.

the said program aims to update the inventory of the total population in all barangays, cities/municipalities in Ilocos Sur and other data required for an efficient planning of programs and activities to better help the citizens of Ilocos Sur.
