The GIP is a 3-6 month program that aims to employ youth which will also serve as a training ground for the future government employees by providing them the knowledge, skills and competitive mindset as well as provide them with the understanding of government programs and projects.

The Local Government Unit of Burgos headed by Mayor Nathaniel D. Escobar thru the Public Employment Service Office led by Mrs. Irene D. Galimba in partnership with Governor Jeremias “Jerry” C. Singson and Deputy Speaker, Cong. Kristine Singson-Meehan paved the way for these selected youth for their journey in public service and personal and professional growth.

Mayor Boy personally welcomes the beneficiaries of the said program with high hopes that they will individually grow into the best versions of themselves through the camaraderie and experience they will gain during their duration with the LGU.
