Since 2021, the CSC introduced a 10-year overarching theme” Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant Heroes. This year, the thematic focus is Dynamism, which reflects its ability to respond proactively to the evolving needs and aspirations of its citizens. A dynamic government is one that embraces innovation, fosters creativity, and welcomes new ideas with the fear to challenge the status quo and is continually ways to improve and streamline process for the benefit of the people.

In celebration to the said event, the LGU conducted its family day at Bugbog Ville, Balugang, Burgos, Ilocos Sur on September 21, 2023. here the LGU conducted an Awards Program as highlights to the event, to serve as recognition and appreciation to employees for their length of service and loyalty to the municipality.
